Health Lottery Results For Wednesday 11th June 2014

Health Lottery FeaturedThe Health Lottery draw for Wednesday 11th June 2014 will be used to raise funds for one of the 51 society charity organisations, each group represents a specific region of the United Kingdom and are tasked with issuing funding to local level health related causes. Health Lottery players from around the region will have the chance to win up to £100,000 or £1 million if they choose to play through the Health Lottery Bet game, an additional game setup by the UK bookmaker Coral. The Health Lottery Bet game follows the same suit as similar lottery games like the Irish Lotto 49ers and Irish Lottery Bet but this game offers players all the same non-promotional prizes with an additional £1 million. Players can enter into the Health Lottery Bet game by visiting the official Coral website.

This lottery is the only game in England to publish both of it’s draws through TV, games which are run by the National Lottery usually adopt an online release for weekday draws and a TV draw for it’s weekend games, usually reflecting a larger player base. The main reason The Health Lottery can do this is through it’s parent company owning several media channels such as Channel 5, The Daily Express and Daily Mail. Unlike the national lottery games this lottery is run by Northern and Shell which have received strong criticism from The National Lottery through it’s use of expenses, being calculated that almost 50p out of every £1 is used to fund expenses. The National Lottery have also questioned and executed legal proceedings regarding the setup of The Health Lottery on account of its ability to compete on a national level.

The purpose of the three main lottery games within the UK is to create as much money for worthwhile causes around Great Britain as possible, The National Lottery managed to donate almost £35 million each week through donating 28% of it’s proceeds in 2013. The Health Lottery in comparison to the National Lottery has only vowed to pay the minimum imposed by law of 20% towards health related causes.

Lottery draws for The Health Lottery follow the same trends as the UK Lotto, games are shown every Wednesday and Saturday and are always shown on Channel 5. Players can tune into Channel 5 to watch the draw unfold at approximately 21:55 on the night of the draw, the hosts for the game usually include names such as Natalie Cassidy, Sian Welby and Anne Diamond. To all Health Lottery players for tonight’s game, we would like to wish you the very best of luck.

Tickets can be purchased directly from the Coral website, Health Lottery website or through one of the game’s lottery distributors. A player can usually define a lottery seller through it’s use of official artwork which is usually on display at the counter, in the position of a lottery terminal. The cost to play this game is set at £1 for both the Health Lottery and Health Lottery Bet games, the Wednesday draw will create a jackpot which is based off ticket sales unlike it’s Saturday game which is at £100,000.

I have only read of HealthControl and HealthImprove bagging the 20% proceeds for their chosen projects designated in their respective areas, how about the other 42 health society charities? any light to shed their way in regard to good causes proceeds? Still, i like the way Health Lottery ensures that part of the proceeds get to at least one of the society charity.
