Health Lottery Results for Wednesday 2nd July 2014

healthlotteryresults2ndjulyfeaturedAs the month of June comes to an end we finally see the first appearance of The Health Lottery for July 2014, the jackpot for tonight’s game will be dependable if there has been enough ticket sales to generate a £100,000 jackpot. The final top prize offered, should it be won, will be declared when that lottery winner manages to claim their prize however Health Lottery Bet players will have the opportunity to win up to £1 MILLION. The Health Lottery Bet offers players the same game prizes along with an additional tier of winning up to £1 million, dwarfing the offerings of the official Health Lottery game.

The Health Lottery has come under intense fire from The National Lottery who have estimated that the organisation behind the game is taking around 50% in proceeds in the form of expenses, in comparison to The National Lottery who take approximately £0.05p for every £1 (in comparison to The Health Lottery’s £0.50 for every £1). The game has also been question in relation to the legality of the structure, The Health Lottery is founded from the plans of the NHS Lottery back in the 1990’s which was scrapped on account of being illegal. The Health Lottery is able to compete with the likes of The National Lottery through it’s structure of 51 charities which offer a separate lottery game, all managed by the same body through Northern and Shell. A recent milestone was hit with The Health Lottery, boasting of reaching £50 million in charitable donations since it’s launch in 2011 however the news was broken by a secondary headline of the game loosing almost 10% of it’s retailers through dwindling sales, the benchmark was also dwarfed by the National Lottery who managed to donate £35 million each week in 2013.

The Health Lottery has attempted to capitalise on the initial success of the lottery through secondary websites such as the Health Bingo game, a for-profit website which uses the branding of the official Health Lottery. The Health Bingo has been described as the worst bingo website by a leading UK bingo review website BingoBouncer.co.uk, through it’s website functionality and attempt at using the good nature of The Health Lottery to start a for-profit venture.

The Health Lottery will be drawn on the Channel 5 network, players can tune in between 21:00-22:00 to watch the draw unfold or check back periodically and view the results on WagerPod.com. To all players who have purchased a ticket for tonight’s Health Lottery game we would like to wish you the best of luck and if you have played the Health Lottery Bet game we would hope to see you £1 MILLION richer!

A lot of mixed news for Health Lottery lately…i hope with the beginning of a new month, a fresh page, they are going to improve on the cracks that ail them, still wondering why retailers are falling short…ah yes, the article has clarified, sales seem to have fallen off the graph, still they require a standing ovation for cracking that auspicious milestone in charitable proceeds…let credit be given where its due :)
